Hello everybody,
Due to Internet issues in the place we are staying this will be quick.
Travel went successfully, and everybody is getting along really well. We have done a series of team building tasks, one of which involved me in a big blue rubbish bag, impersonating the famous Chinese basketball player - Yao Ming.
Mariah (Long Jump) had her birthday on Monday, so we had a small celebration about that as well.
Many of the team competed yesterday, and did well. Star performances of the day were done by Joseph Millar (100+200m).
I did the 1500m, and although I only ran 3.58.15, (extremely uneven splits 63,67,60,48) there are many positives I have taken out of it.
